Cedric Oden, aka Ced the Dread, is the owner and founder of Ced the Dread Bail Bonds and Ninpo Surety. Cedric Oden was invited into the bail bond industry in 1996 by Tony Rodriguez (The Bounty Hunter), associate of Able Continental Bail Bonds. From there, Cedric apprenticed under Able Continental Bail Bonds six months prior to obtaining a bail bond license. While serving as apprentice, Cedric also preformed the task of apprehending bond skips (bounty hunting) for Able Continental, as well as several other bail bond agencies. Shortly after obtaining a bail bond license, Cedric Oden went on the provide bondsman services, as well as skip tracing, for several bail bond agencies throughout Jacksonville. After witnessing the unsatisfactory service provided to customers from various bail bond agencies, Cedric decided to start his own bail bond agency with the mission of providing reliable and convenient bail bond services in a comfortable environment. Putting this concept into action led to the successful opening of Ced the Dread Bail Bonds, which led to expansion forming 4 other locations. Cedric Oden has since become an MGA (Managing General Agent) providing the same knowledgeable and reliable service to bail bond agents/agencies across the United States training these agents/agencies to carry-on the legacy of providing optimal customer service first introduced by Ced the Dread Bail Bonds.
